Buildco Corp is continuing steady progress on the Sands Point Water District project, with several key milestones recently achieved. Structural concrete and masonry work for the building have been successfully completed, establishing a strong foundation for the facility. In collaboration with valued local partners, Johansen Excavating installed 23 drywell chambers to support site drainage and long-term functionality, while Roman Iron Works erected the structural steel and completed the roof decking. These coordinated efforts are advancing the project efficiently and safely, as the facility continues to take shape.
